24' 1979 Terry trailer for sale. It is parked in a trailer park. Twin Cedars Campground is located on Marble lake which is 1 hour north of napanee, and it is in the best lot in the park. We have had for ten years and the kids have out grown it and we spend all our time doing sports and dance so I want someone else to be able to enjoy this amazing spot. $1625 are the seasonal fees for 6 months of use and winter storage. Hydro and water are included. Park is great for kids, lots of activities. Trailer comes with everything inside (all cookware, dishes toaster, microwave, electric cookware and stereo) everything you would need to show up and stay. All new cushions and curtains. Roof has recently been re-sealed so the ceiling inside needs some minor TLC. Bathroom with shower. Campground has public washroom and showers as well as a park, a party hall and horseshoe pits. Comes with deck, full size fridge which is outside, and an 8x8 shed located behind the trailer.
