Wanted: I have three bearded dragons that need sexing! Please help!

I have three bearded dragons that I need sexed for me. I can send pictures of their undersides. I have one that is supposed to be a male and one that is supposed to be a female. The larger one that is the "male" is a year old, has a large base of the tail, a large head, black beard, and keeps bobbing "his" head at the "female", which she waves her arms in return. They were also puffing out their beard along with my orange one. I just recently got the other two, like a couple days ago. I have looked up pictures on the internet on how to tell, but it is still difficult. The last one, which is completely unknown, has a pretty small head, small base of the tail, and has a tiniest bit of black on his/her beard which also has bright orange. It puffed out its throat even when she/her was alone. It has been doing some digging around when it was alone as well. If you have experience with sexing dragons, please message me asap and I will send pictures. I just don't wanna rink having two males and one female in a single 90 gallon tank. My orange one is around 8 or 9 moths old I am guessing. The one year old "female" is around 15 inches, the "male" is around 17 inches, and my orange one is exactly 16 inches long. Thanks for your time. Hope someone can help me with this.
